2015 Jiani is a dry yearling very outgoing and well-built much like her mother Jayne. She placed 2nd dry yearling at the Michiana Show in Columbia City and won Reserve Champion Jr Oberhasli.
2017 Jiani's well attached udder has gained more depth and width, maturity agrees with her, She was shown 4 times placing GCH and BOB 1X, and RGCH 1X at the Cass County Open in unofficial legs, and 2nd place 3 year milker 2 times at the Michiana Open at Columbia City IN, these wins official. Her 2 daughters both won their official dry legs in the Junior Oberhasli show.
2018 Jiani is a competitive 4 yr old and has done well at 4 open shows. The Cass Co Open show she was Reserve Champion in both rings, The Banks of the Wabash in Cayuga IN she was 1st place 4 yr old milker in both rings, at the Michiana Open in Goshen IN she placed 2nd 4 yr old and Reserve Champion and finally at the Noble County Fair show she was 2nd place of the 3 / 4 yr old milkers and Reserve Champion.
2019 Jiani freshened with a single buckling and continues to milk very well. She was shown at 3 two ring shows and won Reserve Champion three times. At the Cass County Open show she won 1st place aged doe and Reserve Champion in both rings, at the Banks of the Wabash she placed 1st in both rings, and at the Noble County Fair she placed 1st and was Reserve Champion. Awesome job! A doe kid will be retained. Due to her cycles being inconsistent she did not settle until late and will not be fresh until June.
2020 Jiani freshened without assistance giving mixed twins in early June on her due date. Both kids are gorgeous and retained at this time. She is milking very well and looks her gorgeous self, loves attention. Late births seem to have helped her maintain body capacity. No shows and no Linear appraisal this year due to the Covid 19 virus pandemic.
2021 Jiani is 7 yrs old easily delivered a single doe kid that is retained, milking very well and maintaining her gorgeous self. Was shown at the Banks of the Wabash Open show where she placed 3rd in both rings behind Janae who was very uncooperative. Would have been better if I had shown Jiani who will cooperate and loves to be handled by the one she knows best - oh well - another time.
